Terms of service
The agreement between you and the operator of datailo.com, in plain words.
In short
- Datailo is free during the beta.
- No paid plan is on sale and nothing can be paid.
- The hub passes results through without changing them, so each service's statements about accuracy and freshness apply unchanged.
- Anything done with it is treated as done by you.

These terms are the agreement between you and Kiznis Studio, the operator of datailo.com (“we”). Using Datailo means accepting them. During the beta nothing is charged and no contract for paid service exists.
What Datailo does
Datailo is an MCP server. Connected to an AI assistant, it lets that assistant browse a catalogue of services, switch them on for your account and call their tools through one connection.
The services behind it
Each service (Victano, Rekvira, Avokata and any later one) is a separate product with its own terms, and those terms apply to its tools and its content when you reach it through Datailo. The hub passes results through without changing them, so each service’s statements about accuracy and freshness apply unchanged. None of the services gives legal advice.
Account linking
Enabling a service is your instruction to Datailo to find or create your account at that service with the same email address and to keep an encrypted key for it. Disabling it revokes that key. Your account and your data at the service stay yours.
The beta
Datailo is free during the beta. No paid plan is on sale and nothing can be paid. If we start charging, we will say so on this page before any charge is possible, and you will be free to decline.
Your account and key
Keep your dat_ key secret. Anything done with it is treated as done by you. If it is exposed, write to hello@datailo.com and we revoke it.
Acceptable use
Use Datailo as a working tool. Do not use it to copy a service’s corpus in bulk, to get around a service’s own limits or terms, to probe other people’s accounts, or to overload the hub or the services. We may suspend an account that does, and we will say why.
What we do not promise
We provide no uptime guarantee and no service level agreement. A service may be unavailable through the hub while it still works directly, and the other way round.
Ending it
You may stop at any time and delete your hub account as the privacy notice describes. We may close an account with reasonable notice, or sooner after a breach of these terms.
Liability
We provide the service with reasonable skill and care. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profit, lost contracts or any loss arising from a decision you made using a service’s output. Our total liability in any twelve months is limited to what you paid us in that period, which during the beta is nothing. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and a consumer’s statutory rights are unaffected.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of Lithuania, and disputes go to the courts of Lithuania. A consumer may also bring proceedings where they live.
Changes
Material changes are announced on this page with the date of the change, rather than by quietly replacing it. Questions: hello@datailo.com.
