Start here. One address, then ask.

How Datailo connects your assistant to Avokata, Victano and Rekvira, step by step, and the two moments where you decide.

The same steps as start.mdFree account, one email

Datailo gives your AI assistant one MCP connection to several professional data services. The page your agent reads, start.md, says the same thing in the order it follows. This is the version for you: what happens at each step, and where you decide.

Add the server

In Claude (web, desktop or phone), one click fills in the name and address; press Add. Then your assistant signs you in with your email (a free account).

Every call except sign-in needs a signed-in account. Once signed in, your assistant calls datailo_start_here and browses the catalogue with datailo_catalog and datailo_describe.

Sign in with your email

Every call is signed in. It takes your work email once, the account is free, and nothing happens without your click.

  1. Your AI asks for your work email

    It passes the address to datailo_connect.

  2. You press Confirm in the email

    The email carries a Confirm button and a six-digit code. Either works for 15 minutes. Your AI waits for the click on its own.

  3. You carry on in the chat

    The conversation stays signed in for 30 days. Clients that sign in with OAuth stay signed in across every chat.

The key acts as you

Sign-in returns a key that starts with dat_ and is shown once. Keep it private. If it leaks, write to hello@datailo.com and we revoke it.

What to ask first

Ask in your own words; your assistant picks the service and the tool. These are jobs each service already runs:

If an answer is wrong or something is missing, say so in the chat: your assistant sends it through submit_feedback, and the team answers in your inbox.

Enable, find, call

Four verbs cover everything the hub does. Your assistant uses them; you only say what you need.

Enable
datailo_enable switches a service on; datailo_disable revokes the hub’s key for it.
Find
datailo_tools finds tools; datailo_tool_schema gives a tool’s exact inputs.
Call
datailo_invoke runs the tool. Results come back unchanged, with the service’s own citations and dates.
Follow
datailo_workflows and datailo_workflow give each service’s playbooks.

What switching a service on means

Enabling a service is your instruction to Datailo to find or create your account at that service with the same email address and to keep an encrypted key for it. Disabling it revokes that key. Your account and your data at the service stay yours.

The rules your agent follows

  • Nothing is charged. It does not offer you a purchase: payments are not switched on.
  • If a service fails through the hub, it is still reachable directly; the error names its own address.
  • Feedback about the hub or a service goes through submit_feedback, and a service’s feedback is passed on to it.
